Director of Business Development & eSports
Sean is presently serving as Gaming Grids Director of Business Development where his focus is directed toward business process, operation clarity, and intradepartmental and interdepartmental organization. Sean’s secondary tasks include business development, eSports progression, and user base retention.
Sean’s first passion has always been technology and gaming, though he did not initially pursue that route. He spent several years training in the realm of culinary arts where he gained valuable experiences and knowledge that could be ubiquitously applied. Delving into restaurant management he not only understands the pressures of on the fly decision making, but also of the importance behind thoughtful preparation. From customer care to understanding and planning for business needs he is well rounded in many of the qualities that make a strong team member.
After multiple years giving everything he had to feed his all-encompassing passion for culinary arts Sean decided it was time for a change of pace and ultimately a change of focus. He unabashedly jumped deep into the gaming scene from where he cofounded Exertus eSports – an equivalent to a sports team management business – with two other likeminded gamers. For over a year and a half Sean served as the organization’s Chief Administrative Officer where he assumed the responsibilities of keeping the organization running smooth from behind the scenes. During this time he obtained an immense amount of knowledge in eSports, and furthered his managerial experiences.
